Key assumptions
  • Configuration Service-level Agreement: 3 days corresponding to order lot (1 to 50 units) (from day order reaches service team not order key date)
  • Assumes work performed during normal working hours of 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Work outside these hours will be performed at overtime rates and may incur a minimal four (4) hour call out charge. Pricing will be provided on request
  • Delivery charges to an end-customer may be charged if not included in Ingram Micro's initial product sales price
  • Configuration order is to be keyed as complete shipment. No split consignments allowed
  • For hardware and/or software upgrades units and/or parts ordered, must be compatible and units should have slots/cables/wiring etc. from the manufacturer's factory to successfully complete the upgrade
  • All Pricing excludes GST
  • Please note: Statement of Works to be provided to nz-configservice@ingrammicro.com to confirm quotation
