In September 2015, Imagetext a major Apple reseller for Ingram Micro, were approached by one of their most loyal and long-term Clients, SIMX, to provide a full Pro AV solution for their new HQ which was being built in Highbrook, East Tamaki Auckland.

On first site with the specified request for products and solution they were looking to achieve, Thomas Hadley from Imagetext approached Ingram Micro Pro AV Division to see if we could deliver a solution that Imagetext could complete.

Immediately Ingram Micro went to site, which was still in the build phase, scoped the building for the best product offering to satisfy SIMX requirements. At the same time we introduced Provision Technologies, a specialized Pro AV System Integrator to Imagetext, who then in full collaboration came up with a start to finish solution of multiple screens, from KPI / Information Screens for open plan areas, a state of the art high bright video wall at the reception, to meeting and boardroom screens with automated connectivity to SIMX video-conference system, and short throw interactive projector onto whiteboard. A total of over 27 screens and brackets deployed. The project was managed and delivered on time and in budget by Imagetext, automated and executed by Provision Technologies. Not only have both business formed a new, powerful relationship, both parties can now offer an IT integrated Business Solution to their clients that previously sat firmly in two sectors. That of Pro Av and IT Infrastructure.

The client now has a seamless high impact solution build on a stable yet easily manageable platform that can be internally maintained or through ongoing service by the Imagetext/ProVision partnership.
