The following support options are available:
AppleCare+ is available for consumer, education and business customers with coverage options for 2 or 3 years for iPad, iPhone, Mac, Apple Watch, Apple TV and HomePod.
AppleCare for Enterprise (ACE) is available for education and business customers with iOS or Mac fleet deployments of greater than 200 units.
